Capcom has revealed the Capcom Fighting Collection 2 release date, with the next anthology of its fighting game collections coming out later this May.
In a new trailer, they confirmed that the Capcom Fighting Collection 2 release date has been set for May 16th, 2025 for PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Steam.
For those not in the loop, Capcom Fighting Collection 2 is the third in a series of fighting game anthologies- this time collecting 8 titles including the heavily requested Capcom vs SNK 2.
This also includes entries from Capcom’s foray into 3D fighters, like Power Stone and Project Justice.
The full list of titles is as follows:
- Capcom vs. SNK: Millennium Fight 2000 Pro
- Capcom vs. SNK 2: Mark of the Millennium 2001
- Capcom Fighting Evolution
- Street Fighter Alpha 3 UPPER
- Power Stone
- Power Stone 2
- Project Justice
- Plasma Sword: Nightmare of Bilstein
Similar to the previous collections, the game will see the older titles fitted with rollback netcode to allow for smoother online play.
In addition, today’s announcement also saw the shadow drop of the Xbox One version of Marvel Vs Capcom Fighting Collection.
