Two Split Fiction players have completed a secret super puzzle and been rewarded for their efforts by none other than Hazelight boss Josef Fares.
Speedrunners E1uM4y and SharkOvO have posted a secret puzzle they dubbed Laser Hell- a gauntlet of extreme platforming that includes threading needles, side jumps and instant death pits hidden behind a secret door in Chapter 6.
The feats of platforming in the Split Fiction level are already hard enough- but for those of you not in the loop, they have to be completed with both characters platforming at the same time.

Completing the feat is impressive enough- but it’s what is at the end that really sells it- a video of studio head Josef Fares, promising a reward to the first person who completes the room.
“Wow! Amazing,” he says. “You have to understand, this challenge, there are barely people on our team that can make it. It took us a lot of time to finish it, and I’ll tell you, this is a crazy, crazy achievement you have done”.
The video of the duo completing the challenge has reached Fares, who congratulated them and promised he’d make good on his in-game promise.
“VERY impressive! I will keep my promise and invite you both to Sweden for an early look of our next game”, he tweeted.
