The CounterSide Guilty Gear collab is finally getting its global release today, with characters from the popular fighting game coming to the mobile title.
The CounterSide Guilty Gear collab is available from June 5th, and features multiple characters from Guilty Gear Strive appearing as recruitable units in the game.
The event will run until July 3rd, the same duration as the limited character banners.
The list of characters is as follows:
- Sol Badguy
- Millia Rage
- I-No
- Ramlethal Valentine
- Jack-O Valentine
- May
All the characters are SSR-rarity, and fill different roles from Awakened Strikers like Jack-O to Support units like May and Sniper units like I-No.
In addition, the collab will also add the Smell of The Game event, which players can complete for Command Calendars to spend in the event shop.
There’s also the Scales of Juno Arcade mode which also gives additional rewards.
CounterSide Guilty Gear Collab Finally Coming To Global
The CounterSide Guilty Gear collab had previously released on the Korean servers for the game, though its global distribution was canceled for unspecified reasons.
Guilty Gear is no stranger to collabs with mobile games- they had famously had a crossover with Epic Seven, complete with multiple reruns.
Similarly, the game had also collaborated with spicy RPG Destiny Child and even rhythm games like D4DJ.
