Starting today, paid purchases will be removed from the game in preparation for the game’s total closure in October.

The KOF Allstar Shutdown : End Of An Era

While not a chart-topper, KOF Allstar has been one of the more successful mobile game spinoffs of a fighting game IP.

The title had crossovers with multiple other fighting games, from Tekken to Guilty Gear to even the WWE.

KOF Allstar is a mobile beat em up based on SNK’s fighting game franchise, featuring characters from the iconic series.

The game even made a splash on social media with a bizarre ad featuring Terry Bogard sexually harassing female members of the cast.

The KOF Allstar shutdown also comes at a bizarre time for SNK- considering Fatal Fury 2: City of the Wolves is in development, you’d think keeping a mobile game spinoff would be a good way of building hype for the upcoming fighter.
