格鬥遊戲入門的正式版！拓展對戰格鬥遊戲視野的「GBVS」，這次所有要素將更進一步升級，以最新作 《Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising》登場！
所有的必殺技（技能）只需一個按鈕就能使用。不需要複雜指令的簡單操作，能讓格鬥遊戲的新手輕鬆熟悉， 老手玩家也可享受更具深度的對戰，無論是誰都能夠體驗戰鬥策略的樂趣！
遊戲裡準備了各式各樣的豐富內容，例如在遊玩時能為玩家加油打氣的「戰友」功能、可在熟悉操作方法的同 時一邊享受的「故事劇情」、每場對戰皆能調整難易度的「單人模式」、滿載著便利功能讓玩家更精進技巧的 「訓練模式」等；除了能以自身步調逐一理解遊戲系統的這些模式外，還有可使用角色 3D 模型，建立獨一無二 場景的「數位模型模式」供玩家遊玩。
