UNIQLO is set to release the new OSHI NO KO(My Favorite Idol) UT collaboration collection on Friday, July 5. UNIQLO UT offers an array of authentic pop culture and graphic art from around the world that that allows the wearer to express their individuality.
The long-anticipated collection from UNIQLO features exclusive designs that showcase key characters and other aspects of the second season of the TV anime series set to air on July 3. Based on the popular manga series published in Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump Plus, OSHI NO KO depicts the gritty underside of the glitzy entertainment industry. The story follows provincial obstetrician-gynecologist Gorou, whose destiny changes upon encountering Ai, whom he adores, from the pop idol group B-KOMACHI. The first season of the anime series proved to be an instant hit and social phenomenon when it aired from April to June 2023. It has won numerous accolades, including grand prizes in the Japan Anime Trend Awards 2023 and 2023 Internet Buzzword Awards.
