The last announcement of today’s Nintendo Partner Showcase saw the reveal of Endless Ocean Luminous, a game about exploring the ocean and its inhabitants.
The game supports up to 30 players, with randomly generated biomes for players to explore.
It looks like the game will be entirely about simply cataloguing the things you see- which range from tiny clownfish to even whale sharks and whales themselves.
The teaser even says players can expect more fantastical elements, like extinct animals like Mosasaurus lurking in the depths.
The game launches May 2nd, 2024 for Nintendo Switch.
