ONI：Road to be the Mightiest Oni Demo Play & Opening Movie to be Unveiled at Tokyo Game Show 2022!　

Stage Events include Dev Talk Show & Live Performance by Artist Kanna!

Clouded Leopard Entertainment, Inc. (CEO: Yuen Yuen Chen), in collaboration with Shueisha and  Shueisha Games, will be showcasing the 3D action game ONI: Road to be the Mightiest Oni, developed  by KENEI DESIGN, at the KONAMI and Shueisha Games booths at Tokyo Game Show 2022, Japan’s  largest game event, from Thursday, September 15, to Sunday, September 18, 2022. 

Additionally, the ONI: Road to be the Mightiest Oni Dev Talk & Artist Performance will be held at  the KONAMI booth on Thursday, September 15 at 2:30 PM. There, the game’s opening movie will be  shown for the first time! In addition to a talk show hosted by producer Masami Yamamoto and  director Kenei Hayama, there will be a live performance by the theme song’s singer, Kanna. [About Kanna] 

A model and actress, Kanna has released six songs since her singing debut in 2019, including the alternative neo soul single “Hide and  

Seek” and “This is How”, the latter of which was released digitally in October 2020 and reached #1 in the Alternative category on iTunes  

in Hong Kong. In July 2021, she was the only Japanese artist featured on the record “In Good Hands Vol. 1” by Australian DJ Ta-ku, earning  

her acclaim at home and abroad.

 

The theme of her music is “heal the world,” and her silky-smooth  vocals are the perfect salve to a broken heart.

■ONI: Road to be the Mightiest Oni Characters

●Kuuta 

A soldier in the Demon King’s army. 

The sole survivor of the battle with Momotaro on  Onigashima Island. On Kisejima Island, where the  spirits of ancient demon warriors lie dormant, he  vows to overthrow Momotaro and undergoes trials  to become stronger. 

He is quiet and does not speak much, but Kuuta is  determined to become as strong as he can. It is said  that he once lived among humans in the past… 

• Kazemaru 

A mysterious, ghostlike spirit on Kisejima Island. 

It acts as Kuuta’s training partner, aiding him in battle  with its unique ability to extract spirits from their  enemies. It is unclear why Kazemaru existsin the first  place. 

A real chatterbox. 

• Zenisuke 

A merchant whose history with Kuuta is long and  bitter. 

He followed Kuuta to Kisejima Island, where the  demon came to train for his trials. Zenisuke trades  mushrooms that grow in clusters for money in  exchange for Kuuta’s clubs, demon clothing, food,  and other items. 

Though always grateful for Kuuta’s help, he never  forgets to take what is rightfully his.

 

• Baby Boar 

• 

A young wild boar that lives on Kisejima Island. 

It mainly eats mushrooms and lives a carefree life.  When Kuuta calls, it comes running.
Baby Boar carries Kuuta on its back as it traverses the island. 

• Kanna 

• 

A mysterious girl on the island of Kisejima. 

She was raised by her father, a fisherman, and her kind mother. She looks fragile and weak, but she is strong and surprisingly stubborn. Kanna meets Kuuta by chance when he comes ashore to undergo a trial, and the two begin to bond. 

She seems to be pained by the conflict between humans and demons… 

Loves tofu.
